1. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from eMalahleni, Mpumalanga.
2. How long does delivery take?
Door-to-door (Courier Guy): 2–4 business days
Pudo Locker: 2–4 business days
Pargo Pickup Points: 3–5 business days
Remote areas may take slightly longer.
3. How much is shipping?
R70 – Pudo Locker
R80 – Pargo Pickup Point
R70 – Door-to-door Courier Guy
Free delivery on orders over R799
4. How do I track my order?
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
5. Can I return products?
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and beauty, we can only accept returns for items that are:
Unopened
Unused
Still sealed in original packaging
Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

6. What if my item arrived damaged?

7. Do you sell authentic Korean beauty products?
Yes! All our products are imported directly from authorized distributors and verified suppliers.
8. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, email us immediately.
Once shipped, changes/cancellations are no longer possible.
9. Do you offer wholesale?
Not at the moment, but we may in the future.
